FELINE MEDICINE AND SURGERY INTERNSHIP - BRISBANE
The Cat Clinic is offering an internship in Feline Medicine & Feline Surgery. Interns will be exposed to all aspects of feline medicine (including oncology, diagnostic imaging, cardiology, emergency and critical care) and surgery.
Location: Brisbane (Mt Gravatt, Paddington and Clayfield)
About the position: Our clinics all have the expected equipment (fully digital x-ray, brand new 16 slice CT, video endoscopy, latest Philips ultrasound, comprehensive in-house pathology, radio-iodine facility etc). The Clinic has a large general practice and specialist feline medicine service. The internship will be for 2 years and new graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements: A large case load ensures enormous learning opportunities and requires commitment, dedication and enthusiasm. Good communication skills and a genuine love of cats are considered essential. Interns share on-call duties with on-site residence expected when on duty.
